SILENTO: Indicted on Murder Charges

Silento just got some bad legal news — he’s been indicted on murder charges for the death of his cousin.

Frederick Rooks was shot to death in Georgia on January 21st, and Silento was arrested in February. He’s facing one count of malice murder, one count of felony murder, one count of aggravated assault and one count of gun possession during the commission of a felony.

His legal team says he’s suffering from mental issues, but he’s still being held without bond. (TMZ)
