JENNIFER LOPEZ: Losing Streak

Jennifer Lopez‘s plan for a Las Vegas residency in 2025 looks to be in jeopardy. The MGM Grand had been negotiating with J-Lo for 90-dates at a guaranteed $1 million a show.

That lucrative deal seems to be off the table in the wake of J-Lo’s losing streak. A Vegas insider said (quote) “MGM is watching her not doing well on the road. They are very nervous.” (New York Post)

Jennifer Lopez’s comeback album flopped. A companion film on Amazon Prime Video was panned. Lame ticket sales forced her to cut short this summer’s tour not to mention the clock has struck midnight on J-Lo’s fairytale marriage to Ben Affleck. A source confirmed to People magazine that Ben and Jen are “still living separately.”

Her fans have abandoned J-Lo’s music and they don’t much like her recent movies, either. Atlas streaming now on Netflix is unwatchable. The Rotten Tomatoes rating is 19%. One film critic described Atlas as “another Netflix movie made to half-watch while doing laundry.”
